Who we are

What data we process and where it comes from

We process business contact details of website owners, editors and publishers: name, business email address, website URL, role, and the content of our correspondence with you. We collect this data from publicly available sources — your website's contact or "write for us" page, WHOIS records, professional profiles — or directly from you when you reply to us or submit a form on this site.

Why we process it (legal basis)

We contact you to propose a paid content placement or editorial collaboration relevant to your website. We rely on our legitimate interest in business-to-business communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, once a collaboration is agreed, on the performance of that agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not send consumer marketing, and we do not sell or rent contact data.

How long we keep it

Contact details of publishers we have not worked with are kept for up to 12 months from our last email. Details of publishers we have worked with are kept for the duration of the relationship plus 5 years for accounting and tax purposes. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep your email address on a suppression list solely to make sure we do not contact you again.

Who we share it with

Our email service provider, form-processing provider, and accounting software, each acting on our instructions. Where a client asks which website published their content, we share the URL of the published article only. Some providers are located outside the UAE/EEA; in that case we rely on their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your data, to stop contacting you, or to restrict or object to our processing. The opt-out form on our home page removes your address immediately; email info@collaboffer.com for anything else and we respond within 3 business days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
